What’s worse than smoking? Concentrations of many cancer-causing and toxic chemicals are higher in second-hand smoke than in the smoke inhaled by smokers. According to the 2006 surgeon General’s report, there is NO safe level of exposure to second-hand tobacco smoke.

A new report indicates that our genetic makeup has been affected by what we eat. Researchers have found that over time, humans have developed the ability to digest starch better and better possibly to feed the increasing size of the brain. This may be an indication of selection in favor of grain eaters. This may be an indication that humans are indeed intended to eat grains, tubers or other unprocessed high carb foods as a principal food.
